Feeling Betrayed by Best Friends

im in a funk, completely numb, borderline depressive episode, and i just don't know what to do. yesterday i got into a fight with ny so called best friend because he chose to defend his girlfriend and act like my feelings didnt matter, all because his partner triggered mine and then just left the chat and could apologize to her, which really pissed me off and sent us into an argument. hes apologized, but i just don't know what to do. this is yhe second time my so called best friends have chosen their new partners over me, still claiming to be best friends of course (two different people too) and it really just upsets me. i mean what, am i not allowed to have a best friend or something? im just stuck, i don't know what to do or how to pull myself out. i really just want to curl up in a ball under my covers and never come out..im really struggling rn
