Degenerative Disk Disease - Spine Bones Rubbing

I'm prepping towards nerve ablasion in my sacral spine, nerve blocks only help so much. I've already had my right SI joint fused. I understand the feeling you mention, for me it's rubbing of the SI joint or hip bones being kinda loose.

Yes! It also clicks, when I walk, move etc.

I feel mostly pain and nerve pain from impingement ..... I've added collagen powder to my morning coffee and it's helping to lubricate my joints more. I've also started doing light yoga to strengthen my back muscles and open my spine.
