Hello I got diagnosed in 2020 and I don't have insurance so I'm just trying to get through day by day with meds. Since I can't see a cardiologist, any advice on how to manage my symptoms and not feel like crap all the time?

@Confidence so far so good. I got diagnosed in 2020 My last hospital visit was in March of 2021. My EF in 2021 was 25-35%. Since I can't afford the cardiologist I have to go to the ER when my symptoms get bad.

Hi! Getting plenty of rest and exercise definitely helps me. Also, drinking water and eating fruits. Try to limit salty foods and take vitamins. These are things that have helped me. I try to walk and exercise two or three times a week.

@Confidence what kind of vitamins do you take? Is it just a multivitamin?

@FFCarebear I usually buy vitamins from a CVS or Walgreens or on Amazon. I take B complex vitamins for energy, magnesium vitamins, vitamin C, and Cardiovascular support gummies. The brand on Amazon is called Wild and Organic.
