Hey everyone. Just got a positive test for COVID. I Litterly have absolutely no clue how I got it because I haven’t gone anywhere or seen anyone besides the people I live with and they work at home. I feel terrible, my heart rate is going from 65 to 200 when I stand, I’m freezing, and I have an excruciatingly painful headache. What do I do? :(

Load up on a lot of water / electrolytes. I was told to never drink plain water and to add a little salt to it to avoid having too much water as we need a balance of water and electrolyte or that also might become problematic. Advil / tylenol can be good if you are feeling achy/headache. I find when I am sick that adding honey to my tea instead of sugar can help quite a bit, and lots of rest

Get some zinc lozenges! Zinc helps cut down the length of infection and I find having the lozenges over regular vitamins helps coat the throat better than regular cough drops.
