Can't Sleep, Mind Racing

❤️ definitely do a sleep study. I had the same issues nightly, and it turned out I have severe sleep apnea and would wake up like that because I'd stop breathing. I was also having dreams of being underwater or suffocating and would wake up panicked, sweating and out of breath like night terrors. My cpap machine helps me sleep loads better.

This is me usually 5 nights a week. *sigh*
