So not ppd related but I have had brown spotting for 8 days now 12 days before my expected period. Accompanied by uncomfortable crampy stomach pain & nausea. This has never happened to me before. I have had brown spotting before finding out about my babies but only 2 days most. I am 3 months almost 4 months postpartum. I already had brown blood after my birth bleeding stopped. & I have had a normal period already Should I be concerned.? Should I go in.?
