      I start with long slow stretches of my entire body, then do a bit of chair yoga. I walk my dog a few times a day after I have stretched. She's great at waiting for me.

      Low impact modifications of exercises help. Lots of warming up first, stretching after. Its hard. I def spent time crying on the floor. The key is taking it easy and increasing in tiny amounts

      I had a knee injury from a bike accident, lately I’ve been taking the stairs rather than the elevator, and I live on the 5th floor. I take my Tramadol and that helps. Rate your pain from 1-10.

      so I really enjoy swimming,. But the only thing is, is when u get out...ur heavier than shit, so my knees hurt.

      It’s very hard to get motivated to exercise. Maybe we can get a yoga mat and commit to each other to exercise at the same time on certain days. Supporting each other may help. I’m up to try. Your thoughts.

      I like water aerobics! It’s gentle but gets me moving

        @Belugabear I also love getting in the water to exercise. Deep water aerobics is my favorite.

      Things need to be gentle. Usually if you can find something online that has different intensities do the most gentle one
