I have used antipsychotics, and they definitely helped some of the impulsiveness that seems rooted in my ASPD and less likely to act on that sometimes-leg-up on other. 🤔🤫 My problem was I seem to develop a tolerance for antipsychotics quickly. The only exception was risperidone, but I started getting the possible facial twitches and am putting up with none of that tardive dyskinesia bullshit.
