I'm starting university this year and was wondering if anyone has any tips for managing lectures, work and social life?

Definitely get in contact with your university's disability office and see what paperwork is needed to receive accommodations! Many can be very helpful like extended deadlines, the ability to stay home from class if needed, the ability to record lectures and/or have a note taker, among other things. Communicating with that office and your professors will be the most important thing because they can't help you if you don't tell them in advance, and many of them do want to help you Having accommodations has saved my college career many times and without them I genuinely think I would've dropped out freshman year (currently a junior)

@Lunarr That is so helpful thank you. I have spoken to a few of the accommodation offices on open days which seems useful and that they could sort things for me, however I was only diagnosed last november so I havent spoken to them since them. I will have a further look and it's nice to know that there are so many accommodations that can be put in place.
