I think I might have CPTSD, but I have a bad psychiatrist and even worse insurance — I honestly don't know what to do from here. My therapist (also not great) just tells me to talk to my psychiatrist and then my psychiatrist tells me to talk to my therapist. Psych eventually prescribed me Prazosin for my night terrors, and it's been working so far but I'm adjusting to the higher doses way too fast, and I have nothing for when stuff happens when I'm awake. I have a Clonazepam prescription for insomnia and anxiety, but the 1mg I'm supposed to take doesn't even come close to cutting it after being on it for a few years now. I have to take at least 4 pills just to chill out. The only thing that's consistently worked with everything has been cannabis, but I don't want to use it to the point where I just need more and more to feel the effects. Does anyone have some tips on what I should do from here?
