If you take Buspirone (Buspar) please please take your medication everyday and do not skip doses. I stopped skipping doses and i feel sooooo much better. #Buspirone #anxiety #GAD #panic disorder #panic attacks

I feel as if I should be able to handle one day off my meds, like a treat to myself. I'm aware that I'm not treating myself. Quite frankly it's harmful and self destructive.

🙌 I agree wholeheartedly. I think I feel great, have a day off and I'm by myself, then I'll get all in my head and work myself up, only to realize that I didn't take my medications because I felt great. Buspar & zoloft combination. 😥
