is it normal to make up ur own reality in your head when you're stressed and slip into it instead of being in real life? I catch myself doing it for hours everyday

I’m actually in the process of trying to be more present again. At one point, I realized I didn’t have any energy for the people around me. I didn’t feel connected to them, so I daydreamed to make up for my own loneliness, and it snowballed. It doesn’t mean it’s a bad thing for you! But remember moderation is key!! I don’t really have a right to give advice since I’m in the same boat 😂🚣‍♀️
