gonna try this again quick- for those of you who have had tilt table tests - is a significant drop in blood pressure diagnostic for POTS or is it just the tachycardia? I got the tachycardia but my BP stayed okay, and my doctor is saying the test didn't mean anything because my BP didn't drop.
