Joining the group to discuss hypothyroidism

Hello there! I've had hypothyroidism since I was a kid and for me the meds have been a blessing...although I'm so scatterbrained I do tend to forget sometimes lol I know how hard it can be though and I do hope you can find new ideas to help you out. For me it's always the tiredness that hits when I'm a little off on my meds, like I just can't get out of bed 😅
