I stopped taking my medication cause I've been binge drinking it's very self destructive and idk how to stop I've started up healthy habits but nothing is making me feel better I feel so awful and I just want someone to talk to that understands what it's like

      @david69garza I would suggest going with a friend for moral support if you feel ready to go. The biggest hurdle is making it through the door.

      Have you tried AA? You will find people in recovery there who are willing to be of service if your desire is to stop drinking
