Parenting Anxiety: Fear of the Future

Constantly! I’m scared that my health is too bad to care for someone else when most of the time I can’t take care of myself. But I’m trying to just take it one day at a time.

Me, I'm already a parent, had my son at 19 but I'm 30 now and haven't been able to have another due to anxiety around it making my mental health worse. But you can do it, I managed with my mental health first time around with support of friends and family
