Mushrooms! Micro doseing is phenomenal. You wouldn't believe advantage it's got on anxiety. Not to mention it's starting to help with my depression
@Deltahands Thanks for the idea! I never had great experiences with mushrooms myself... If you're not in a good place to start it could spiral worse in my experience. Anyways, I was looking for tips on meditation not medication. Have you tried to meditate before?
