Does anyone ever feel alone but also push the few people they have away? my fear is my depression drags others down.. sometimes I try to make sense of my sadness and can take it out on others..

Yes I do this , everyone I got ptsd ,etc. I've gotten angry with everyone I know because they don't want to reach out and help but instead just give me advice on the side line . Maybe it's just me cuz I'm angry but I feel that when ur depression is bad enough nobody wants to talk about it because it makes them uncomfortable 😒

Well I understand. I think this app is great... finally something where people with mental health can communicate and just feel normal for not being normal lol.
