Struggling with Memory Loss and Damaged Relationships

Heyo. does anyone else ever hate having episodes where you can't remember the things you've done only to later hear from others that you upset them? I recently had all my friends drop me and I continue to stay around them, desperately clinging onto whatever relationship is left, knowing full well they hate me even though I quite literally have no memory of anything I said and can't control these episodes.
