Sometimes, my hands get red with splotchy palms when I walking around with a backpack on or leave my hands below waist level for a while. I don't actually know what it is and don't think I've has any issues because of it, but I want to know what causes it in case it could mean something in certain contexts. Does anyone else experience this and know why it happens?

I get that too, and it’s blood pooling usually for me, but I also have MCAS, so sometimes it’s a reaction to heat or sweat.
