prozac Lamictal and abilify have me feeling like an emotionless robot. I've been on them for like 20 years. I feel like I need change

I’ve been on prozac since I was 15. I’m 22 now and kinda wanna stop. I honestly am not the best at taking My prozac anyway but I was consistent till recently. I want to try life without it or even maybe another medication. I don’t know. I’m just tired of all these meds and side affects.

I am worried lamictal is making me less able to have happy emotions. Do you feel like it has helped you separately?
I've been on soooo many different antidepressants, and none of them have worked. Then I was prescribed Trintellix, and it helped A LOT. It's always worth a shot if something doesn't work out.

@Chittdawg sounds like you might need a new medication. 👍
@Lucas45 I'm also on Sertraline/Zoloft and Wellbutrin/Bupropion XL.
Last time I tried to taper off I went into a depersonalization episode
You may be on too high of a dose of you feel like a robot.
I used Zoloft and Wellbutrin. It seems to work well for me. I take Strattera for my ADHD.
