Concerned about my health, but tests keep coming back normal

I've had a pretty significant increase in fatigue over the last few months as well as a increase in resting heart rate and trouble even doing basic exercise that last year I could do fine like walking up a hill will spike my bpm to 130 range. my most recent concerning symptom was stabbing chest pain that nearly had me doubled over proceeded by dizziness. I was on shift in the emergency room at the time so when I finished my shift I checked myself in ekg chest x-ray trop were normal but the doctor could tell I was pretty freaked. I've been struggling so much with systemic problem after systemic problem over the past 2 years and I'm just scared I don't know what to do everything keeps coming back normal and it makes me feel crazy cause I can feel there's something wrong with me. I'm trying to medically advocate for myself the best I can but its so hard. I just want to enjoy life and have energy again I'm so tired
