Can someone help me learn to identify the difference between a side effect of meds and an aura. I swear I am having auras but my doctor keeps dismissing them as side effects

It's pretty physical for me; I lose my appetite, it gets difficult to stand up because no matter how gently I do I'll still get extremely dizzy and I'll get "that look" in my eyes, I've been told. Other than that I get strange repetitive dreams that seem extremely familiar until one night they get extremely realistic and dragged out and that's when it's too late for me and I'm already waking up intubated in ICU

What do you experience with your suspected auras?

@Shaken_but_ok I get really dizzy. But it's like an out of body thing (similar to a seizure)
