how I do stay in an area where it feels like no matter what I do or say I'm always crazy? is that paranoia? I feel like everyone is talking about me, judging me. even when i try to do what they want I still feel bad and even worse when the "problems" keep coming up. I don't have friends I have no one to talk too.

I feel this same way. I try and do things to distract myself. Play on my phone, go to work, watch tv. But I always feel like people are doing all that too. I guess my advice would be stay busy. It’s so hard because it takes everything in me to not be paranoid but usually I am. If you ever need someone to talk to I’m always here for you. I’m just a DM away!

I live in a place where even the police don't like me due to my parents making false calls about me. Just keep your friends close and try to avoid the others

At the moment I live in a rubbish village where people gossip and judge constantly, I worried I was paranoid at one point but the reality is they are really awful people. Don't judge yourself for bullying

I would do anything I could to get out of that type of situation. Since people are just going to make you feel worse. I was in a similar situation and I thought sticking through it and trying to be friendly would work. It doesn't. Some people you just can't mesh well with and that's okay. You gotta find the people who understand you.

I understand this problem. I struggle with thinking people are talking about me and judging me all the time

I know it's not used but I didn't know about the other part that's interesting. 😥😟I use aspergers because society understands that they don't understand high and low functioning. My friend was made fun of for being low functioning when she was sad and wanted to be alone with her headphones. She didn't even know the difference.😔 I also don't like to be called high functioning because it makes me feel like I don't deserve to say I'm autistic because I can form full sentences, have a degree, and therefore am doing better than some who are low functioning. 🫤My neurologist explained it to me as aspergers and I prefer to call one aspergers and the other autism. I'm a black, trans, demi/bi, female. I don't like nazis but I'm not going to let them dictate what I do anymore. But thank you so much for the history lesson I honestly appreciate it 💕🙌

You can talk to me. Is it you thinking they hate you or is it they actually giving you looks? If the latter then you're hanging around a bad crowd

@FS_cookielove more of I see them laughing and talking and assume its about me. And when I bring up certain topics I'm looked at weird like I'm the one who made it weird?idk

@JackieSwoon could you be autistic? I have asperger's and have that happen to me frequently

@JackieSwoon that is a bit unfair you just want to get your feelings across
