@welpe Thank you. I deeply appreciate it. To alleviate any worry though, I'm relieved to report that I'm doing okay now. The solution I needed was to talk to my partner about this problem instead of freaking out about burdening them and turning to the internet. Lesson learned.
I'm sorry you went down that rabbit hole, and that you are in a certain emotional turmoil. It can be a challenging area to navigate. I think curiosity is natural and trying to figure it out, but figuring out what works and what doesn't is crucial. It seems like that may not be helpful for you... and that is ok... maybe there is something else that may help. I often don't find putting myself down conducive to working to feel better, but that's just me. My inbox is open if you want to discuss and maybe find some other approaches.
