Tylenol arthritis, naproxen/Aleve, Flexeril 10mg, gabapentin 300mg morning and afternoon 600mg at night, steroid injection on may 16 has reduced my pain by 70% I'd say. I have bone spurs, arthritis and bursitis in both my hips so the bursitis is what pain is left in my hip pain. Why it's 70% better need to see if they can do the bursitis steroid injections as well. Get me to 100% relief hopefully. But if not I will take 70% any day! Also stretching everyday get some from your doctor as they know which would work best for you. Or get your old rehab exercises back out. Yes it hurts don't push too far...start slow and try to do them every other day for awhile if you need an extra day or two or more in between stretch days, do it, but don't stop doing it all together listen to your body do 5 reps if that's too much meet yourself in the middle do 2/3 reps at first. Ease yourself into it. I know listening to my rehab person...15 reps? Ugh why I quit. I looked fit but I couldn't touch my toes if my life depended on it. Now I'm over 200lbs but losing quickly now that I don't eat everytime I think I'm hungry and stick to three meals max a day a couple healthy snacks between if necessary. And mindfully eating also helps (stand to eat so you can focus on eating. No electronics, nothing to take your attention from eating). Walking a little extra a day also helps even if it's just a lap around the house or in the house. increasing as tolerance allows until you think you can walk down to the corner and back from your home. I personally am not there yet. I also been using a stationary bike seems to also be helping my hips. I only ride for the time it takes for a song to play through once eventually I will add a second song and so on. I also clean for the length of a song. Sure it ain't much now, but soon I may have a full playlist I can clean the entire duration of. Take it slow. You know your body more than anyone else. It's talking to you, listen to it. But don't let it keep you not mobile for too long cuz getting back on your feet will seem impossible but even if it's two steps from your bed each day and back that's where you need to meet yourself do it for awhile then add another step once comfortable. See you just gotta meet yourself where you are at and go from there. Baby steps. And hey, you are enough.

@AuntBeeDoesGames I wish physical therapists emphasized more something is better than nothing. They told me to do all these things, tons of reps, and I wish they had said "it's okay to just do a few instead of 15 reps because something is better than nothing and just remember to listen to your body". Listening to your body is so important! Thanks for your comment
