What is everyone's go to to get out of a depression funk? I battle with my depression everyday, but occasionally I'll get in a bad mind set that leaves me unable to do the simplest of tasks (like brushing my hair or showering) what do you do to help get out of that?

I meditate or listen to calming music. It helps sometimes. I also like to write things I'm thankful for when it gets really bad. Helps to focus on positive things.
I hop on my paparazzi show and do a live . My customers help me alot

I'm been struggling a lot with those type of things too. Trying to force myself to do them but it's hard to find the will. I'm hoping this app can help too.

@NsaneZay I do but between a baby and health issues, I don't get much free time at the moment
