Does anyone experience increased depression right before a flare? I have noticed a trend over the last year that I will have increased depression right before a flare. It will get very severe and than my mood usually lifts right after the flare is over. I am currently stuck in a very deep down cycle and cannot figure out if I am just super depressed or about to flare. I have had some big stress events happen in the last couple of weeks, but I feel like I resolved them well. I have also been taking active steps to help my mental health. I am seeing my therapist, doing yoga and more self-care. I am not sure what is going on.
