Best Eczema Treatment for Hands and Feet?

I would use a wet cotton sock and place it on my hand at night. It helped keep moisture and prevent cracking. For me, eliminating all dairy, even butter has cured my hands. The issue comes back whenever I consume even the smallest amount of dairy. And it takes three weeks to heal.

Wet wrapping had helped a lot. It just is a long process and looks gross while it is happening but it helps restore the moisture levels in the skin that make my eczema unbearable. Also eczema gloves keep my hands protected.

Looking for answers as well. This time of year my feet and ankles are raw from the scratching 😓
