Does anyone else with BED constantly feel horrible guilt over taking food that isn't yours or taking all the food that's for people to share? I get really disgusted at myself whenever I know I'm taking something that isn't mine but I dont know how to stop. Is there any way to control it?

Yes, I used to feel this way all the time before I went to treatment and started on vyvanse and my binging got better. It’s a terrible feeling, but I think at least for me, the only way to fix it would be to work on it in therapy with someone who knows how to treat BED. It’s not you that wants to eat other peoples food, it’s your ED. It doesn’t mean you are selfish it means your ED is in control right now. Good luck. ❤️
