Personally I find when I’m feeling depressed and I don’t want to work that going to work actually helps improve my mood. But I’m sure it depends on the job. If you do decide to stay home, be sure you’re being kind to yourself - take a long shower, eat your favorite food, watch your fav movie, create something.
Yesterday got hard when I was crying because a manager is quitting. It made me late for a break numerous times. Did finally take my mood pill ,which helped.
