When I'm in so much pain it's hard for me to move and not sure what to do cause of the pain? Meds I'm on don't work much. What y'all do when you in so much pain?
I agree with finding out which foods effect the inflammation. Sometimes something as simple as changing what we eat makes a huge difference. For me it was gluten.
I don't know if this helps. But when I'm in that much pain I sleep on the floor. My nervous system seems to decompress whenever it is directly on the floor. You must have like a soft fluffy blanket between you and the floor but make sure it's touching the ground directly. For some reason that regulates me. I'm not sure if this will help you but if it does I would love to know. I think the compression allows for your nervous system to decompress in a natural way especially when you sleep. Because your brain is shut down and it allows your pain to stop being so active.
