I don't know if this helps. But when I'm in that much pain I sleep on the floor. My nervous system seems to decompress whenever it is directly on the floor. You must have like a soft fluffy blanket between you and the floor but make sure it's touching the ground directly. For some reason that regulates me. I'm not sure if this will help you but if it does I would love to know. I think the compression allows for your nervous system to decompress in a natural way especially when you sleep. Because your brain is shut down and it allows your pain to stop being so active.

TENS unit + lidocaine patch + heating pad is a god tier combo for intractable pain

I will use Voltaren gel and use my Vicodin and morphine to get through the other pain

I'm going to be using my TENS unit, a heating pad, paranormal TV and Animal Crossing to cope with my pain today.

Try cutting out sugar, it can cause inflammation. And then kratom, aleve, biofreeze, etc šŸ˜„ I can relate

@Butterflygoddess I agree with finding out which foods effect the inflammation. Sometimes something as simple as changing what we eat makes a huge difference. For me it was gluten.
