    I have a cat who helps keep me calm and bring me back to reality when I'm feeling overstimulated and disconnected. Animals are a great source of stress relief, other things that I find help are colouring, doodling literally anything, going on short walks, even just being outside can even clear you head :) If there's anything else you're struggling with, I'm happy to aid were I can, although I'm kinda young I've been told I'm quite knowledgeable, keep warm my fellow human!
