I have a large array of symptoms with seemingly no causes, and I'm struggling to cope with them all and figure out if it's underlying conditions or something of the sort
Have you seen a rheumatologist? A lot of time they cover areas that other doctors don't. I also notice that this post is tagged with anxiety (probably why it was recommended to me, lol). Physical illness and depression/anxiety can be very chicken-and-the-egg, so lots of specialists can have a hard time figuring out which one you had first. It can be discouraging, but don't give up! You deserve a diagnosis.
I relate so hard. I’ve seen all the appropriate doctors except for an endocrinologist (thyroid doctor). And if I see one and they say nothing is wrong I don’t know what I’m going to do
