Has anyone tried Acupuncture for IBS?

I was thinking about doing Accupressure. I am so not okay with needles being left in my skin.

Hi! I did once, but for me it seem that effective. I also worked with a manual therapist which has been quite effective in resetting the nervous system. I also subscribed to the Nerva app which is a 6week hypnosis program that has helped me a ton. Worth the subscription free. Hasn’t completely wiped away the issues, but has reduced symptom quite a bit.
