I've recently been diagnosed with EUPD- emotionally unstable personality disorder and various other medical issues that come with it. I've tried herbal remedies and tryingnto get better without medication but I had a very difficult time trying to get better. I am on medication some days it works and other days it doesn't. sometimes I feel my GP doesn't take me seriously. I had to stop working for 2 years die to poor mental health, however I recently got back into work and even though in still recovering, little steps at a time I am getting better. my friends don't take me seriously either, they think I'm making it up, however my family and my boyfriend have been my rock and have supported me so well
