so my depression has been horrible lately especially since finding out that my husband had slept with my sister. all my life everyone has been worshipping the ground she walks on even guys I have had sex with leave me to sleep with her or just cheat on me. I really hoped my husband was different from the rest. I had a feeling that something happened between them but couldn't confirm it until the other night when he told me that he had slept with her. why can't I be good enough for anyone! 😭 I was never good enough for my parents or any of my relationships. I am really starting to hate myself.

Omg that is horrible! I'm so sorry you are going through this!!!! I would maybe start to think about its more about your sisters behavior and not yours? I know nothing about this situation, I don't mean to overstep at all.. but damn dude.. thats alot, hang in there

this is not your fault. I just want to start by saying that. I havent been on this app in a few months, but when I saw this notification pop up I couldn't ignore it. your husband and sister are fully responsible for what happened, and it is not your fault in any way possible. please don't let anyone tell you otherwise. I often don't feel good enough in my relationships either, so I understand that type of mindset. what they did was totally wrong and clearly hurtful to you, as it would be to almost anyone. you are allowed to feel this sadness because you were betrayed by two people who should have your best interests at heart. you are so worthy of love, and I don't need to know you personally to know that. do you have any close friends you can reach out to for support? I can't imagine it would be easy to lean on your husband in a time like this, and I can understand why. needless to say, you are worth it, you are enough, and you deserve to be loved. no matter what the negative thoughts in your head say. I struggle to believe this myself, but I try to tell it to myself as much as I can because maybe one day I can outweigh the doubt with telling myself I'm worth it. even if its just a little bit. I can't imagine how hard this is, but please try not to put this on yourself, because it is NOT your fault

It's not your fault that your parents are jerks or that your husband cheated with your sister. None of this is your fault. You can't control other people's actions or feelings... just your own actions and reactions. I know what it's like to never be good enough, and I am still trying to learn that it's not my fault. I know where you're coming from. Remember that it's their fault, not yours.

Question. Do you feel good enough… would you be friends with yourself if you had two bodies. I hate to be cheated on again. If others don’t see my value and worth, move on. You don’t owe any explanation, or reason. Just pack what you need and ghost all those who treat you less than you deserve. Shine to make others feel good as you start getting better. Better 💝

O no, don't you DARE blame yourself for that bullshit. You obviously got all the good genes in your family, your sister was formed from some byproduct materials out your mama doodiehole. This wasn't your fault unless you asked your husband to inspect your sister's vagina. The only thing you could have done better than what you did was pick a better man with some decency and not some promagnon imbecile.... Kick him to the curb girl, he is for the streets!! 👎🏾👎🏾
