I have had a total of 6 sleep studies done, and doctors don't know what's going on. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea after my first, but that went away after I started getting treated for my allergies. I can't sleep throughout the night without waking up, and I have always woken up extremely exhausted and sleep deprived. Does anyone else go through something similar?

This is me 100%. I had three sleep studies done and no one (not even the Stanford Sleep Clinic where sleep medicine as a field was started!) could figure out what was wrong with me. So was just labeled as idiopathic hypersomnia around 2016. The only further explanation I’ve gotten since then is that I have fibromyalgia (diagnosed in 2021) which could be a partial cause of my fatigue.
