Dealing with GAD and Physical Symptoms

I've had GAD for all 23 years of my life, if you have questions I've got you lol

I try to not let it get the best of me. I use the DARE app (if you don't have it check it out!) It has helped me in so many ways. I am getting better little by little. And when I'm having an attack I use the SOS button for I'm having a panic attack and they don't seem to last as long. My MRI is for my headaches but I also have Chiari Malformation so they want to make sure its not that causing the headaches. Thank tou for helping in my time of need. I seem to be helping others in the same situation in an anxiety support group on FB but I seem to forget all that when I'm in the situation 🤦‍♀️

Thank you I have this app that I use as well.....some times it helps but i just don't yet understand all that anxiety can do and be. Google doesn't help and it seems like the Drs just try to push away. They just keep telling me to try this out patient program that is offered near me and to be honest I'm not sure its what I need. My symptoms WITH OUT a racing heart and or anxiousness are tingling/numbness, headache, dizzy and feeling shaky can I have these and it be anxiety with OUT the normal heart racing and anxiousness? My panic attack or something that just came on made me feel overwhelmed anxious heart racing and I felt dizzy. I am also waiting an MRI for my headaches and don't know if that's just not helping the situation.
