often! sometimes I don’t even bother to figure out why, but it’s usually some combination of stress and low blood sugar. I have some unidentified condition that causes vasovagal syncope but it’s a very different feeling when that’s coming on. a lot of the times I just feel a little light headed and fuzzy

Yes. All the time. Sometimes I faint too, and some people say it’s anxiety but 🤷‍♀️

Yes, I’ve never come close to fainting but I’m always dizzy when doing simple things like standing and walking. No idea why. You could look into getting enough water, anemia, thyroid problems

Yes! I started my health journey because of it! I have this dizziness/headache combination that I don't know what causes it

I'm lightheaded and dizzy all the time, thanks dysautonomia! Dizziness can be caused by lots of things, though, some which are easily treatable. Make sure you're properly hydrated and get your iron and blood sugar levels checked. Be sure to eat enough and frequently enough. Sometimes anxiety can cause it so try to keep a racing mind in check with grounding and self soothing exercises. I don't know if you have any other symptoms so I can't really recommend some of the other potential causes I know (they've been ruled out for me which is why I'm aware of them lol) but I think that's a good place to start. Unfortunately, dizziness is a symptom of like,,, everything and doctors might have a hard time with it unless there's clearly something off in blood test results

Yes, and it's triggered by multiple different things. I have POTS so it makes it hard to NOT be dizzy lol
