I've got a period migraine. I normally take 3 extra strength Tylenol and an ibuprofen 800 at the first sign of a migraine (I only do this up to twice a day because I know that's alot of Tylenol). But I'm having an ulcerative Colitis flare which means I can't take ibuprofen. I took my Tylenol regime yesterday. I already took it once this morning (it's 8:00am my time) I know I can't overdo it. I've been icing my head, used heat in my head, used a massage gun. Nothing helps. Any tips please?
