what should I do for panic attacks

      Wow, that's a tough one. Breathing exercises, breathing into a paperbag, I take a sedative bc mine r off the hook. I have an EMT ask me is I had a beer in the house. I think it was more to take my mind off of it and not the alcohol. This is gonna sound alittle weird but sometimes I get a lump in my throat and it's scarey so I've got in my car, drove on a country road. Got out of my car and screamed my head off. Obviously try not to be near houses. But that really worked. I screamed and screamed till I felt better, the lump was gone but I was exhausted which is better than the feeling of a panic attack. I evildoers try that 1st.
