urm, not sure what to say. hello alike people. I'm struggling with rage atm. Menopausal rage. I've been so level and easy going and now I'm furious at the slightest thing! also have high BP and anxiety and depression which can be triggered by stress. how do I chill out?

      Have you tried a diffuser with essential oils? Even applying topically some oils help. Music is extremely helpful. Get you an earbud and play something to distract you while cooking or doing chores. Start with small adjustments and see what works best for you

        @SweetTea77 my son has been doing mindfulness meditation he has a problem with rage depression and anxiety but no men a pause lol!
