Not anymore, also did you read about how melatonin actually works, cuz taking it to go to try to force sleep isn't how it works but diphenhydramine might help and it stops viral replication. Im on a prescribed diphenhydramine regimen and it combines with the rest of my night meds well, I used to stay up sometimes until the next night sometimes until morning. I switched out melatonin for green light bulbs no caffeine past 3 and having dinner at five with no eating after but im only capable of doing all this because work already took its toll and I am now disabled

everyday for me. any kind of medication that induces sleep/ makes you tired do not work for me at all, melatonin is like a hoax to me (lol). always have me sleep for an hour or two if im lucky. only thing that works for me is CBD gummy.

@jaesun melatonin doesn't help me either.. I'd try a cbd gummy if I knew I could get the dose right.

@SoSick try 10-25 mg CBD if you havent had it before. ive increased my intake to 50-100mg since they get me the best sleep, i dont feel groggy with them either which is something that sleeping pills/ melatonin has always done for me
