Over the last week I have found myself in a emotional hole. I can't seem to climb out of it and it just gets deeper and deeper each day. my mind goes empty and my body feels numb. I want to play with my baby and dogs and be a good wife... but my fire is just not in it.

ive felt that many many times. im still going thru it since the love of my life passed away butmi can assure u there r good days. talking to a therapist and finding the rt meds have been a huge help. i also use a cute app called finch to help me. you take care of a little bird for every goal u accimplish.
