I haven't been to a psychiatric hospital this year which is great, but that doesn't mean I don't still deal with issues. My hallucinations are almost non-existent these days, but I deal with a lot of sensory issues from my Autism, I have a bad body image, I still purge food, and I've been dealing with self harm again. It's been really tough but I'm hoping things will get easier to deal with as time goes on and I find better ways to cope š

They will get better. These last few months have been nothing but depression and panic attacks and occasional meltdowns. Some of them have gotten sooo bad. I had felt like self-harm and then suicidal thoughts this past weekend I was so out of it. Most of it had to do with stress of being on online groups and things getting too hectic and drama-filled. I just needed a break for a while, but I had a meltdown after telling someone I wasnāt coming back to the group because I felt like I caused a lot of damage in the group from things that have happened with me. I had two and a half years of trust built up, and now thatās all down the shitter. I wish I could undo my actions from this last week, but I have to keep pushing forward and move on. Itāll all be ok. Trust me. š
