Feeling like a bad mom and wife

I think it's very normal to feel like bad parents when we're not

That doesn’t make you a bad wife or mother in my opinion. The fact that it bothered you and you didn’t just rationalize it away shows that you genuinely care about them which gets you pretty far. I’d talk to someone about better ways to manage that quick anger. I have totally done that with my kids and it makes me feel like garbage but I just explain to them. “I’m sorry I did that it wasn’t right and I am trying to do better.”

You're not a bad mom bc you realize you don't like that you yelled at him, you don't feel like he deserves that reaction, and you are not a bad wife that just shows how much your husband cares about you and wants to do everything he can to make sure you are safe

I snap sometimes too. Doesn't make you a bad mom
