I'm in so much back pain that I cannot take it and doctors don't see anything but my scoliosis. anything helps

I have scoliosis and it really just IS that painful. get a heating pad and just lay down. also laying on the floor helps.

If I'm not too wrong, exercising it will really help and also stretching and flexibility will help too. I have mild scoliosis too

I guess I'm fortunate enough with just scoliosis. But yes. Be in pain constantly. Yes. But dull enough to handle. I just focus on other things so I don't feel it as bad. And over time gained a high tolerance to pain. I know it's easier said than done. I started very bad. Almost paralyzing pain. But now that's just an annoying pain. So just chin up. What doesn't kill you will make you stronger

I am 18 with scoliosis and hypermobility too. They started to treat my back pain as if I didn't have hypermobility and it helped me. I went to physical therapy for about a year, and the pain isn't nearly as bad as it once was. I still get those days where it acts up, but I strongly recommend that. The only thing I did was told the actual physical therapist that I was also diagnosed with hypermobility, so they changed some of the workouts to help my back and make sure it doesn't affect that.

Omg, that must've been so tough to hear. I also have scoliosis and know how the pain feels, maybe you should go to a different doctor and see how they can help with it. Maybe they can get you a surgeon to fix the pain. Hope this helped.❤️

Maybe you need to see another Dr.I wish I had surgery when I was younger. But back then no one cared enough for me to see correct dr. I know if you look there are orthopedic sugergon who can do surgery pain and back will get worse unless you find a good surgeon they can do lazer sugery now.
