How do you stay active and healthy while managing symptoms and preventing dislocations/subluxations?

@Ark1 I agree with this. I mix 2 sets of 3-5 standing exercises with 5-8 minutes of seated cardio. I have a little elliptical that you can use seated. I also do resistance exercises with resistance bands. I aim for four times a week, but usually get to about two.

Some days all I can control is my diet. Other days, I do laying down exercises from bed or pedal bike lying down. There are some good you tube videos about these kinds of exercises, which I wish I would have known about earlier. You can wear braces to help support your joints and still get a little sweat on

Honestly I've only been able to bike or walk without dislocating.
