Oh stop it! Your body is your temple. It's the only one you have and you've one chance to get it right. Cat side the doubts of society and what they say you should be. You should be comfortably settled in your own skin. Work on your confidence. The first thing I did when I left me ex husband was but myself a pair of cowgirl boots. I tell you the confidence I got from walking with authority in my boys changes my perspective. I learned real quick what was acceptable and what I would not tolerate. The respect you get is incredible. And if you are over weight... So what. Embrace your queen size. There are plenty of guys looking at you and interested. Trust that!

Those feelings are strong and they suck, I found that talking myself through those thoughts help. Having the thought “I feel gross” and then challenging that thought with why that is incorrect and what food actually does for my body (lets me experience life, lets me move my body how I want to move it, lets me go out places, etc). It takes time, for me I sat with those feelings of being gross and not wanting to eat while challenging them for a long time. But after awhile, it helps. Learning to appreciate your body and what it does for you helps… and I know this might all sound like gibberish but I don’t feel gross anymore, I eat what I want when I want and barely think about food… I never thought this was possible… I wish you luck in this battle.
